As Founder and Principal of Stillpoint Talent Group, Mike Riemenschneider brings more than two decades of recruiting, business development, and client partnership experience to organizations seeking exceptional talent and trusted hiring guidance. Since entering the recruiting industry in 2006, he has partnered with organizations nationwide to support critical hiring initiatives, leadership searches, and long-term talent acquisition strategies.
Mike's approach is rooted in relationship-building, transparency, and a deep understanding of the people behind every hiring decision. He believes successful recruiting extends beyond filling positions - it requires aligning talent with culture, business objectives, and long-term organizational success. Through a consultative and relationship-driven approach, he helps clients navigate complex hiring challenges while connecting professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
Throughout his career, Mike has built lasting partnerships across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Healthcare, and Professional Services sectors, earning a reputation for responsiveness, integrity, and results.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Champlain College.
He resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his wife, Charlotte, their children, Owen and Harper, and their two dogs, Hazel and Winnie.
